Hi, I am Karlene, the founder of KKG GOODS.

I started the business in August 2019, after trying to find a quality vegan journal cover that would provide me with the same feel in the hand and durability as leather journals and journal covers on the market, that I had previously used. I could not find one, so I began looking for a vegan and sustainable material that I could potentially use to create my own. Believe it or not I had not used a sewing machine before this time, but I was determined to learn.

I researched various vegan leathers and came across cork, and I was instantly sold.
Over the past 5 years I have developed and improved my products and found my brand style.

I design and make all the products myself by hand in my living room, where I have created a designated workspace. I love designing and making each item and sending them off to their new homes.
